How often should test procedures be updated or reviewed?

Every 12 months along with the PPG,s

@Umish: if PM procedures are already perfect, why should they ever need changing? But (on the other hand), in a properly run biomed department (not so common as you may imagine, or hope for), each time a tech carries out a procedure, and finds it to be a load of *****, then he should get it sorted out (that is, corrected, improved ... whatever). Rocket Science? smile

Updated as you go along, PPG (policy & Procedure) and none of it written on stone. Flexibilty is the keyword, if something don't work then we review/discuss and make it work. For complete signature/dating a review once a year is OK
