1. Devaluation of the job we do in the poor bandings at some trusts. We were all led to believe that AFC would address all these different grades doing the same job, so why do I read in the jobs advertised band 4's needing HNCs. Surely this is an apprentice grade.

2. Job adverts with spelling or grammatical errors. It does not read well when this has come from those in charge with what would be hoped a basic grasp of the english language.

3. Restructoring of departments to save £110K a year with the loss of a number of jobs and relocating the service to another city. When for the loss of one job you can save £90k namely by getting rid of the moron who had the £110k idea. How much are we saving when we chuck these people on the dole.

Anyone else like to add.

Pet hates, Billy? How about posts to the forum that contain grammatical errors and spelling mistooks? Ha, ha. smile

But yes, Mate ... Doom on all morons!

And (if you really want to get to grips with what is going on) ... be aware - if you're not already - of this! frown

Meanwhile ... how about Pay Band "Other" for an "Ethusiastic Person"?

Well, "they" can certainly record what you post to internet forums, if they care to bother!

For what it's worth (and that probably ain't a whole lot), for some years I have struggled to understand the reasons behind the apparent deliberate destruction (by the powers that be) of the national identity of Britain (England, especially), the destruction of our democracy, the undermining of traditional beliefs and values and the slow, secretive merging of the public and private sectors into some sort of state-controlled oligarchy. Social engineering, the imposition of a dependency "culture", PC, reckless immigration "policies", so-called 'elf and safety ... and all the rest. Well ... I believe that the link I have offered may give a few clues to anyone wanting to dig a bit deeper ...

Pet hates? Why, all of the above! frown

Yes but its all a bit paranoid, I don't think their's a single goup with these common aims.

The merging of the public and private sector (PPP's) was a new Labour policey, I don't see the point of doing it either, but it was a upfront policey nothing covert or sinister.

Values and beliefs change though out history and people have every right to question them if they choose. I doubt that there was ever a time were everyone in the country had the same set of values.
