Another egotistical rant against the NHS from a someone who doesn’t work within the organisation in any shape or form, but feels qualified to pontificate?

No, I don't work within the "organisation", but that doesn't stop me caring about what goes on.

As I have said before, it has all been a bit of a yawn for a couple of years now. That is, anything worth saying has already been said (in some cases over and over again).

I'm afraid that the main use of the forum these days is for the swapping of manuals, rather than of ideas, or indeed, informed comment. But, there again, it has always been seen as a platform for NHS insiders (often to the detriment of techs struggling on elsewhere).

Only another 47 to go then!
