Dear All,
I am getting the above error code in a BBraun Perfusor Compact on start up with a continous buzzer. on pressing the "F" key, the code changes to 196.
Can someone help me out with this.

It looks like 22 indicates an "Unexpected Reset" ... but (unfortunately) 196 does not get a mention.

But I'm guessing at some sort of keypad problem. A "stuck button", for example. Hopefully someone else on here will be able to offer some more informed clues.

I've never had a chance to work on that pump myself, Bala.

But (from the circumstances you describe), I would take a close look at the "usual suspects".

That is, the keypad and the battery!

The battery seems to be fine. I'll verify the Keyboard now.

If you can check with another board and verify the function its the best or Just disconnect motor mechanism connector, and verify if it does give same 022, that will help you find if fault lies with the main board or the meachnism part, secondly as Geoff mentioned here replace existing rechargeable battery with new non rechargeable cells and then 'cycle power' a few times. in any case do let us know whats happened next.. !
