Hi all,

Looking for some assistance/documentation for the MDE Escort Vision patient monitoring system.

We have a networked unit (bedsides and central) where the system is no longer storing the full disclosure of waveform data which is reviewed at the central. All other function is normal. Has anyone come upon this issue before and could advise how it was resolved or would anyone have access to the technical/config documentation and be able to email it to.....

dcunningham@chemtronics.com.au

Thanks all, Dave

Hi Dave,

I'm not familair with that specific unit, but sounds like it could be a problem with the HDD, possible bad sector. Is it possible to perform a Disk Defrag or even reinstall the software?

Hi Nick, Craig and I discussed the reinstall option but without info on the config set up we might well make things worse. Have just found out that Invivo/MDE is now under the Philips umbrella so will head down that path but I have my doubts as the system is quite (make that very) old.

More news as it breaks shades
