I am having a printer that SONY UP890MD with normal video signal at the entrance, however, will not print to the printed image. Can anyone tell me where I can be located problema.Caso as anyone has had this same problem, can you give me a hand.

Have you got another printer that you can swap the printer head with?

It's a thermal printer right? - Have you got the correct model paper in? Is the paper in the right way up?

Hi,
Before switch ON the machine press copy and print button then ON the machine now one beep sound will come then release the hand from switches,now press print button test pattern printout should come, if blank paper will come then head problem

and try to measure the + 23V , on somes machines it can go as down as 18V and the picture is all white!

Hi friend,

No print the picture ,does it mean the picture appears full black or full white ? If yes , the RAM video on main board was died. Replace main board , i have seen this case many time
