Hi friends, Geoff, Frank. This problem is because configuration lithium battery is deflated, so Julian has returned to factory configuration. I´m sure that this model doesn't have optical bellow detect. This the reason of message. Is neccesary replace battery, enter to service mode and re-configurate machine with appropiate settings.

Our old friend "the battery". As I've said many times before, techs sometimes need to remember to "think simple" (it's almost always worked for me)!

Of course, I read other post about Defib Zoll M (the battery).
I wonder why many techs don't dare to explore equipment and think about the problem. In Latin America is very usual and disappointing how many techs first ask about any problem before they analizer the problem. Is how they looking for direct solutions or procedures "cooking recipes".
