voltage supply is good. and I have no service manual on this..

It is faulty

my chison-ivis 60 also showing on the screen " error 7: 4D hardware and initialization software failed in maching. Can somebody shed light on what to do in order to clare the fault. Thanks nafiu

I know,that is faulty..but do you know what particular parts/boards are damage and need to be replace? : - )
and....do you have service manual.

Does the power up process completed?...

Chison used to supply a basic service manual with all their scanners, if you don't have a copy of this then the distributor or agent who sold you the system should have this information.

I don't think this particular model was ever supplied in the UK so getting detailed info from the UK might be difficult. Have you tried contacting Chison direct in the PRC or tried registering on their website for support?

Chison agent is no longer exest and we dont have service doccument at all. do you know their website?
