Dear Colleagues,
We are experiencing problems when attempting to perform a battery calibration using the MRX battery calibration utlility with batteries which are within date i.e. less than two years old. The device is set to begin a calibration over night which invariably results in a message appearing the following morning, " power interrupted, all settings set to default". To the best of our knowledge, no power interruptions have occured overnight and the device has not been meddled with.
The battery pass a calibration check using our Cadex battery analyzer.
Is any one experiencing this issue and if so what fixes have been applied?
