I have 2 units of Mindway VS-800 which both have NIBP & SpO2 function. But now, both units were found a module not working.

One of the unit is the SpO2 function not working and the other is the NIBP function not working. And I can't see the module version info. from the unit like it is not build to have....

I tried to cross check the modules (the boards) within these 2 units and found that the not working module can works well on other unit, both of them!!

Any idea of what's going wrong? Is the Main board problem?

Try a Reconfig - these were factory instructions when i repaired a couple a few years ago.
1. Install the recorder into the VS-800 monitor.
2. Hold on the menu key for 1 second.
3. Then hold on the power key together with the menu key simultaneously for more than 2
seconds and release both keys.
4. Check the LCD display and you will find the prompt message below:
"Clear system config and restarting".
5. The monitor will restart and show the following prompt message:
"Checking system config…"
6. After a successful configuration, there will be a prompt message showing the successful
configuration.
"System config succeed, restarting..."
Then the unit will restart and you can operate.

Thanks for your instructions but I can't follow to see "clear system config and restarting" after step 3...
The LCD display just like a normal startup screen....

Hi sorry not to reply sooner I have been without internet due to theft of my computer.

The monitor needs to be turned on before you start the instructions - its not from a switched off state

Sorry to hear about the theft of your computer, there, Andy ... I know myself how devastating that can be. No doubt the brainless doofus who took it has broken it already.
