This is maybe an old topic but wondering if anybody using the Alaris ATU software can help me.
I am trying to download the logs from PK pumps and the download is going slow like 2 and a bit hours slow per pump
It does not seem to matter if I use a USB to RS 232 interface or just use the PCs interface (I got a not so old Dell running windows 7 which has an RS232 com port).
I have set the com port to 38400 baud, 8 data bits , no parity and 1 stop bit. Why a start bit is specified am not sure.
Also should the pump be set to a specific technician mode (power up and green button pressed together) - the ATU software data infers set to tech mode but nothing else.
Any suggestion as to how to speed things up greatly appreciated.
