What steps have you taken so far, Victor (hint:- think simple)?

Any clues from the LEDs?

Meanwhile, the Operating Instructions are quite good, and may be found here.

Good Luck!

Hey Geoff,

Thanks for coming through so quickly. There are two of them. So, with the one when it is switched on it just starts to suction and after some seconds the LEDs come to RED : Fault suction and fault SEPA. For the other one the moment you switch it on the suction process does not even start it just comes straight to RED: Fault suction and Fault SEPA.

Any clues as to what could be wrong? Incase you encountered such a problem before.

Will appreciate insights.

Best regards,

Victor.

Well; looking at the manual is seems that the red LED indicates a problem with either the radial blower or the separation system.

Just a guess ... but I would look closely at the separation system in the first case, and the blower in the second. Either way I would disconnect the separation system(s) and try again.

But two machines? From the same user? What story is the user giving?

I'm putting my money on flooded ... blocked ... dirty ... separation units (but hopefully not as far as the blower) - most likely due to "operator error" or lack of cleaning etc. Let's see if I'm right.

I wonder what cleansing agent(s) are being used. I should imagine that Dürr are pretty fussy in their requirements.

Geoff,

You have just hit the nail on its head. The problem might be bordering on lack lack of cleaning.

I will try to do as you have suggested and am hoping it will give an insight on the next course of action.

Thanks for you help.

Vic
