Hello everyone !
Repairing HDV remote receiver (5174169) from MRI GE Discovery. I cannot identify the integrated circuit (there are two pieces at the input of the operational amplifier of one of the 16 working channels).
Type of housing QFN 3x3-12. Can anyone help with identifying this item?

Bit of a long shot, no doubt (having spent some time searching on line, without result) ... could the "HS" indicate "hot-swap"?

As in LTC4231? ... Data sheet.

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
