We are having an issue with our Philips MX40 telemetry units on CCU.

WIFI network upgraded, and we are now experiencing dropouts to the extent that we can longer use the MX40's.to monitor our patients.

Any other trusts had an issue and what settings were adjusted to the network?

Check which band width they are transmitting on. Have seen arguments with IT before whereby the ward devices, laptops etc broadcast at 2.4 gb and telemetry at 5gb. Chances are nobody thought about the telemetry and assumed it would be ok?

Look I'm not trying to be a 'nerk'. I assume you mean GHz (2.4 and 5)? Just in case I'm missing something.

Jonbe is absolutely right, GHz rather than gb. It was Friday, it always seems to be a Monday and i confuse myself more than people point out.
