How long have you been away? Sadly (IMHO), everything is on-line these days.
There may be a few traditional electronics shops around, but they will be few and far between.
In fact there is one about five minutes from where I'm shacked up: but, to be honest, it is more like Steptoe's Yard than Aladdin's Cave.
Meanwhile, I can't help wondering why on earth you've come back: I hope you don't have cause to regret it.
