Hello every one

I am new to this group, I have a machine manufactured by ultrasonix and model sonixop. Due to frequent power surges the software of the machine got corrupted, and I cant find a way to install it because I don't have the source file, can some body guide me for the source of the software, from where I can find the source file.

Is there a system CD or USB flash drive or other storage media inside the host? Only after obtaining these storage materials can the system be installed.
