Gentlemen, Louis feels much sorrow this gloomy morning, frown I t has come to Louis's attention that a senior general in the KPO has allegedly been touring the trusts making depreciated immature acrimonious foreboding's against Louis. confused I would just like to say a few things to you Mr. High and mighty KPO general (you know who you are).

Louis is currently reviewing the purchase of 15 Ventilators, and if Louis were as immature and unprofessional as your superciliousness self, consideration of your ware would simply be filed under “BIN” my friend as in “dustbin”.
eek However, Louis has his trusts requirements firmly in his heart and would never entertain such unprofessional “Cheap” stratagems. rolleyes Louis has said in the past that your products are excellent; it is your company's technical documentation that sucks. :p This brings Louis to his second point:- Instead of wayfaring around Britain moaning to “potential customers” (as opposed to potential KPO employees) whinging about Louis's views of your megacorp (views shared by many I believe) why not motivate your gluteus and put the same attentiveness in to addressing the problems with your technical documentation, this would not only save on your company's American Express expense account but also strengthen your sales position in a very competitive market. I know you probe these posting Mr. General so why not register with EBME.CO.UK and post your views here in this wonderful cyber spectacle instead of whinging to your customers. frown As I said earlier Mr. General sir, we are customer's not YOUR potential employees, so get off your soapbox, address the issue and stop taking things personally. GOODBYE! mad

Louis III

Be careful what you reveal to a private company's sales and service representatives!

Richard, my parallel thoughtster, comments I made where about all out KPO invasion, as well as poor technical documentation. The comments where made on this site. However, Louis believes the KPO tag was the offending quip, why?

confused Krouts? I think so
confused Parasites? Hmm you tell me.
confused Organization? One of the biggest

So where's the peccadillo here? My friends, where's the peccadillo? The service manuals suck, and their general already assumes ownership of our arse's. eek What's his umbrage, my fellow plaintiffs, what's his umbrage?

Louis III cool

Thank you for your animadversion's Richard, It is the Lyniswern way to add a little wit to these disquietude topics. My grandfather Louis Lyniswern and my Father Louis Lyniswern II adored their scholarly upon my waking soul. Simply speaking Richard, my fellow, internee, Grandpa Louis would simply roll in his urn at the way in which his beloved motherland has fallen to the Hun. Oh tribulation my friends, tribulation, what a bummer. frown

Ive said it before and I,ll say it again.
Everyone has there place in the big picture.
Whether the KPO (to use someone elses words) and there ilk do everything or assist in the operation of a good service by mearly applying assistance to an in house service, they have their place. I think the continual resurging of certain peoples likes and dislikes on said subject has worn its path and some of us may be in a position of loosing professional stature by extending said discussions. But then again Ive also said before, people who hide behind bushles ( false names) shouldnt throw stones, od whatever the saying says.
