We have had a wheel brake off three of our Diathermy carts in the last 12 months.

Anyone else had issues with this.

I provide service password support for Viasys AVEA ventilators.

The required access key for Calibration, MFG (Manufacturing), or Configuration menus can be provided based on the device serial number and the specific menu required. For certain menus, the device operating hours may also be required to generate the appropriate key.
