Thanks for all of your replies, they have been very helpful.
With regard to proposed increased security, we have been told that the revenue generated will be ring fenced for improvement in security ie. CCTV and extra security guards (wheel clampers!!!). So now they will be able to tell us when our cars have been damaged or broken in to and possibly by whom??!!!!
