What kind of information do you actually need?
We basically visually inspect the whole unit. Measure the maximum vacuum, check the acurracy of any gauges and perform a battery run test.
The department/unit should be replacing filters and tubing if it becomes soiled or on an annual basis(we use dispoable VacSac thingies).
