As Louis pointed out earlier, the use of mobiles phones on commercial aircraft IS against the law,
this is because it MAY interfere with the electronic control systems, obviously somebody somewhere had enough evidence to obtain an
international law banning the use of these blighters. Surely, my friends, if it is acknowledged that these beasties interfere with the aircraft's circuits then surely the same applies to electronic medical equipment.
