I will add that it is easy to say this when you're eligible for the VRCT and I understand the difficulties of being faced with study, etc, etc. At least you have managed what I cannot Drew - I am only MTO3 with 18 years experience, formal NHS training, ONC, HNC, Degree, hoping to get MSc and having worked hard. Hope that makes you feel better. Plus I would not be considered for either Raditherapy, Clinical Scientist or Renal Roles. At least you have the grade, eh?
