I will leave ART, IIE, IPEM, the NHS, HPC and VRCT representatives to continue their excellent work of promoting Regulation in the NHS. I'm no longer going to try to actively promote or justify the proposed system (even though in principle I think it's a good idea) when those involved in it don't even make an effort to get involved in a debate or support members of the VRCT who do try - not even give an indication that they're prepared to listen to peoples concerns.
Though I doubt they're going to allay the fears of individuals that don't even meet the current guidelines of Whitley, concerning requirements for Technicians, currently, nevermind the VRCT. No wonder things are in such a mess with regard to qualifications, skills, experience and training versus suitability for job-role and grades.
