Are you suggesting that, when in a position to do so, your company's management would be vindictive and discriminatory towards individuals, they may employ in the future, that are considered to have "wronged" others, prior to working for your company, based on mere heresay? Is this the official company policy then? If so then this confirms the rumors (all heresay of course and based on my first-hand experience working for the same company, of course).
