I have not read all the replies but the theme of this tread seems to be around labour managment systems. As an Estates department we use Backtraq to control operations and maintenance activities, while we use a system called EMAT for the control of medical devices. This software is extremely user friendly , PPM service sheets can be stored electronically on this system. Signatures can be added or not, its extremely flexible
