Don't you work as part of the National Health Service, then, John(s)? Why can't that be
enough for your customers (whom, can we assume, are part of the same Service)? Does the ICU (for example) carry ISO status (...no, don't tell me!)? Sounds like wheels-within-wheels to me (the taxpayer, that is)!
