Yes the Mindray monitors are also shipped as Penlons, they are a good monitor, basic price too.
I did the training course when I worked for Penlon, they fit the slot in terms of cost against the competition. They may not be as robust as some, but they certainly work ok. But what monitor bounces well and still works afterwards??
