There may be very many regulators in a trust, would a contract really be value for money? Transparency - are the regulators assett numbered for instance, or how to set up a paper trail for the management of regulators?
I also prefer the repair if necessary approach with a handy stock of regs for service exchange but have not seen an equivelant for repair/service history for these units if for example an ebme remit (or contract may require).
