When Viasys come to look at the SiPAP they may be able to re-calibrate it. I have had this fault before and after calibrating the pressure, the fault has not surfaced again.
Saying that, if it is new and under waranty, it may be worth trying to get another board, just incase it happens again outside of warranty.
