Picking up on your point Geoff regarding the sad little spotty youths in their tarted up Nove/Saxo/106, why do they insist on having their windows down as well?
On a serious note, it is now illegal for the morons to have this pollution inflicted on joe public, but as usual the police will not enforce it.
