There's no reason this cant be done on site. You can get all the bits from Oxylitre, Therapy Equipment or Penlon, and im sure many more.
You just have to have the right guys for the job and a procedure that takes into account the mentioned standards. Make sure everything is logged and you have a mechanism for checking the next due date for replacement.
