My biggest concern would be ongoing support it is a 2 man operation whose technical support is lamentable. The promises made on their web page about quick turn around of spares orders is laughable. Last October the whole operation closed down for two weeks yes they gave warning but on placing a large order to mantain sufficient hospital stocks to support our fleet of VP7000s and SP6000 the UK company did not have sufficient stocks to fulfil our entire order therefore we had to wait for their return from their holidays to obtain the balance of the order.
