Just because it is maintenance free doesn't mean that it shouldn't be properly inspected on a regular basis.
So what qualifications are required to carry out an inspection? Could we have a technical assistant inspecting maintenance free defibs?
as Nursing assistants check general observations?
Do we need to review the future skill mix?
Qualified technicians are hard to find - technician assistants may be part of the solution.
