All the rest, capacity, pressure, flow, volumes, "ring main", loops or branches ... is after all, just straight forward plumbing (er, engineering)! smile

What about relative locations, mtalam? You haven't mentioned that. Next door (yes, good), or (as I have known) a kilometer away, across a road (bad). Or upstairs (OK ... gravity), or down in the basement (not so good ... more pumping required).

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
