And here's a little tip, Mate ... I wouldn't say that "keeping faith is old school" ... not when you're hoping to entice techs to do jobs in, shall we say, "far away places with strange sounding names". Blokes need to know that there's at least
some hope of back-up (support) if and when it's needed!
