Hello Jan, nice to hear that the Ultramark 9 is still doing well. A bit of "memory-lane" for me. Unfortunately ours were so reliable that apart from having to change a screen, in all the time I knew them I did not have any other in-depth faults to have to analyze. Ours have long-since all been replaced and passed on to other "more needy" locations in the Kingdom. I am sure that a call/e-mail to ATL will give you help or fax you an error-code listing and suggested places to look. I will call our local agent/engineers for you and see if they can help. Good luck
