If you're saying that the forum appears to be geared towards the British government health services ... than I agree with you on that.
But surely the way to emphasise the international nature of the site is to encourage more contributors from around the globe?
If we had more members from the States on here, then it would be up to them how they wanted to play it. If the numbers were there they could dominate the discussions if they chose to do so. There are very few restrictions. And everyone is welcome.
