As I have said before I cannot see why we don't simply stick with GMT for all official timings.
Other than that, I can't help wondering why "Daylight Saving Time" change over dates can't be a programmable option in modern high-tech medical equipment.
And lastly, how come the users can't change the time if need be? After all, one presumes that they manage it at home!
