All part of the Plan, I'm sure.
Unfortunately, due to its sheer size, the NHS provides a safe haven in which those with "agendas" can hide, and flourish.
That's another of my pet hates!
To put it bluntly, I would prefer that tax-payers' money was spent on the care of the sick, injured, the needy, young children and their mothers (
etc.), rather than paying the salaries of those who make only, shall we say, a
negative contribution.
