Hi,
Error 702 can be related to the seating position of the test strip. Most likely you have an obsrtruction on the feeding mechanism.
please check the correct operation of the black strip release slider first.
Otherwise it will be best to contact Roche for your local technical workshop and send the unit there as any repairs or assembly replacements requires optical allignment and optical calibration.
