We have recently started using Easynet the equipment fault reporting system in conjunction with our AIMS database.

The problem we are having is that the print-out of the work order from Easynet is printed out over two A4 pages instead of one.

ECRI of course say this is a local printer set-up problem, but all print-outs across the hospital are the same and I must say ECRI have been of very little help in this matter.

Has anybody else had the same problem and if so how did you cure it?
