Hi Adey,

Your definately not alone with that fault, several of my customers have told me of this fault before, although luckily I've never had to deal with one like that (yet).

It's not asthough they're a 'budget' piece of kit either...
I've just had to call Hill-rom for a price on a replacment loop base sheet ( the one that holds the cells in place) for a Hill-rom Duo II...... and it costs just a mere £686 +VAT!!!

Im personally not a huge fan of Hill-rom's (they always seem to keep putting the electrics inside the mattress which makes life much harder for my decontamination company).

Give me a Nimbus 3 anyday!!
