Dear Colleagues,
From far across the pond, I wonder if anyone has had experience with this GE/SMV unit. I'd like to know both the good and the bad. I'll even take the ugly. I have one of these units and have had nothing but trouble since install. I've met with GE already and plan another sit-down. I'm trying to see if I have a localized problem, a technician problem, or simply a lemon. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
