Yes, you still need consumables ... but charity groups generally rely on donations, and often have to resort to "innovative solutions" such as (dare I say it) cleaning and re-using, and (or) rejuvenating items.

When you retire, Neil ... you could lend a hand. It's not always easy supporting equipment on a zero budget. In fact it's a Whole New World. Interesting, too.

And dialysis is particularly "demanding" (and it's your forte, I know). If only on the water treatment side of things. Why not give it a try later on? think
