@Naveen ... we need to distinguish between the international used medical equipment market (which is large, and generally well funded) and the "charity" sector (which is in constant need, but badly lacking in funds).
The first is a thriving and competitive business; the *second, at best, is a "challenge". But, from the point of view of tech support, there is often a fair amount of overlap between the two!
On a personal level, and from what I've seen, the first is full of "interesting characters"; whilst the second is generally "staffed" by thoroughly decent folk.

I'm thinking of the small (focused, efficient) ones here, rather than the Big Names (which, in my opinion, are little more than businesses - with Big Bucks salaries, and [worse yet] more often than not promoting [and preaching] a certain "agenda").
