tonne of stuff on the web about “paperless maintenance management”. Here are a couple that caught my eye (non-biomed, I admit):-
Maintenix Navsea Personally, I have yet to see a fully-implemented PDA-based system for biomed maintenance (… has anyone else had any luck with this, I wonder?). But, like everything else, I expect a successful (or otherwise) implementation will depend less on the actual technology used but very much more on the quality of the people driving it through to completion!
Remember the old saw “Garbage In – Garbage Out”? It is just as valid today as it ever was (probably more so, in fact).
