Thanks for the suggestion Geoff,
I removed the battery and measured the voltage and it is reading fine so this may not be the issue,
In the meantime I am going to measure some components on the control board to see if I can find any dead zones
If you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them, otherwise I think I might try replacing the entire control board
