Good Morning i have had 3 of these units fail now with a message saying Bios Battery failed.
I have replaced the CR2032 coin cell battery and reset time.
However every time the screen expands and the LCD backlight is very dim making it unusable.
I have compared the BIOS settings with a working unit all correct and matching.
One i sent off to Smith and Nephew came back repaired but the report mentioned remake screen connectors.
So now i have 3 more all with the same fault so un convinced that all 3 screen connectors failed at the same time. Anyone else had this problem and found an answer to resolve the issue
