These tables sometimes (but rarely) crop up at auctions; but there you would need someone who regularly attends in order to spy one out. A friendly (trusted) dealer who knows when to stop bidding (in order to respect your budget).
These days there are also auctions at which you can bid on line, of course; but in my experience, you can't beat "being there" (in order to assess actual condition, quality, completeness
etc.).
There is a company called GMED Servicing Ltd. who may also be able to offer advice (I have noticed their sticker on one of these tables).
