Thank for the heads-up with Walters. I found this unit with QED Scientific some time back.
I did some research on these a year or so ago and contacted importers / manufacturers.
We have a lot of Draeger JM-105 units that get sent off for calibration when needed and so looking for a device that can be calibrated in-house as and when we need to. The Bilicare unit does not require service or calibration so looks favourable. The JM-105 and BM-100A both have built in self-checkers. For the BM-100A should the values differ significantly from lab values it requires 15 samples, high and low values, that need to go through a lab. A compensation value can then be calculated and entered in to the device. For this reason we'd probably go with the Bilicare but would like user / engineer feedback.
